Trader, warrior, secret agent … Who is Marc Eichinger? One can all these figures at once. Marc Eichinger is the man who uncovered the relations between the dubious company Uramin, Areva and the French State, somewhat in spite of himself. In early 2011, Marc Eichinger headed the consulting company Apic when the Areva heritage department asked this consultant, specialist in financial and mining issues, to carry out an audit on the Uramin operation. His analysis is explosive: when Uramin was bought in June 2007, Areva would have been the victim of a scam no doubt facilitated by accomplices within the group. The man then abandons his consultant costume becomes a spy within the Areva company. Here he relates his investigation, which takes him to Kazakhstan, India, Russia. 4.5 billion euros were spent in 2017 to save Areva from bankruptcy.
