Iran’s only nuclear power plant has suffered a mysterious emergency shutdown that is set to last up to four days and cause blackouts. Gholamali Rakhshanimehr, an official from the state electric company Tavanir, said on a talk show that the Bushehr plant shutdown began on Saturday and would last ‘for three to four days.’ He went on to say that power outages could happen but didn’t explain any further.
