“Greenland could become the world’s third largest uranium reserve”. Global warming has economic and strategic benefits for the Arctic territory, which has just held its legislative elections. The acceleration of the ice melt on the second largest island of the planet leads to the migration of fish, the first industry of the territory, while allowing access to new resources. A phenomenon that tends to value Greenland internationally, according to Mikaa Mered, professor of geopolitics and geo-economics of the polar worlds at ILERI Paris.
