As the UK became the first major economy in the world to pass laws to tackle climate change by 2050, our industry published Roadmap 2035, one of the first comprehensive plans by a major industrial sector that sets out how we can make a positive contribution to both reduce our carbon footprint and put our skills to good work to help others to do so too.
