The rapid growth of climate research provides an unprecedented evidence base for observing the impacts of climate change across the globe. However, the sheer volume of published studies means attempting to evaluate it as a whole makes for a daunting challenge. In our new study, published in Nature Climate Change, we used machine-learning approaches to assess, classify and map more than 100,000 peer-reviewed studies on climate impacts.
