A Korean state-owned power company could be investing in the new £10billion Wylfa Newydd nuclear power station, Sunday Times has reported. They say power giants, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power, have held talks about buying into the proposed nuclear station in Anglesey.

The £10bn Wylfa Newydd project could get an injection of Korean cash to help make the nuclear development happen. Horizon Nuclear Power, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Japanese firm Hitachi, is behind the nuclear plant on Anglesey.
