Scroll forward to 4.31hours on the You Tube video, and you can watch and listen to David Lowry’s presentation criticizing the Small Modular Reactor (SMR) plans on proliferation and security grounds – on behalf of Nuclear Transparency Watch – at the European Nuclear Energy Forum (ENEF) 13 in Bratislava in June 2018.
