Government open to Chinese involvement in reviving Moorside nuclear project. Greg Clark has left the door open to a Chinese state backed company getting involved in a bid to take over Toshiba’s abandoned Moorside nuclear project. He told Albert Owen that CGN is not restricted from forming a consortium with another company to take forward other sites like Moorside and Wylfa. In December CGN had expressed an interest in taking over Toshiba’s project.
